はじめにIntroduction
一般社団法人 JOTO WARRIORS（以下、「城東W」）は、総合型地域スポーツクラブおよびAIラボ（企業向けAI活用支援事業）の活動を通じて、会員・保護者・参加企業をはじめ多くの方々の情報をお預かりしています。
「城東W」は、情報セキュリティの重要性を認識し、独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）が普及を進める「SECURITY ACTION」の趣旨に賛同のうえ、以下のとおり情報セキュリティ基本方針を定めます。JOTO WARRIORS (hereafter "Joto W") handles information entrusted by members, guardians, and partner companies through its community sports club and AI Lab (corporate AI support) activities. Joto W recognizes the importance of information security and, in support of the "SECURITY ACTION" initiative promoted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), establishes the following Basic Policy for Information Security.
1．経営者の責任Responsibility of Leadership
「城東W」は、情報セキュリティ対策を組織運営における重要な課題の一つと位置づけ、必要な体制・仕組みの整備に取り組みます。
役員は、本方針の策定・実行・見直しに責任を持ちます。Joto W positions information security as an important part of running the organization and works to establish the necessary structures and systems. The organization's officers are responsible for formulating, implementing, and reviewing this policy.
2．社内体制の整備Establishing an Internal Structure
「城東W」は、パソコンやクラウドサービス、会員情報を扱うシステムの利用状況を把握し、不正アクセスやウイルス感染などの脅威に対する基本的な対策（パスワードの適切な管理、アクセス権限の制限、ソフトウェアの更新など）を講じます。
運営に携わるスタッフに対しては、情報セキュリティに関する注意事項を周知します。Joto W keeps track of how it uses computers, cloud services, and systems that handle member information, and implements basic countermeasures against threats such as unauthorized access and malware infection (e.g. proper password management, access restrictions, and software updates). Staff involved in operations are informed of relevant information security precautions.
3．従業員（運営スタッフ）の取り組みCommitment of Staff and Volunteers
運営に関わるスタッフ・ボランティアは、業務上知り得た会員情報や関係者情報を適切に管理し、目的外の利用や第三者への漏えいを行いません。
IPA「5分でできる！情報セキュリティ自社診断」等を活用した自己点検を継続的に行い、改善に努めます。Staff and volunteers involved in operations properly manage member and stakeholder information they learn through their duties, and do not use it for unrelated purposes or leak it to third parties. Joto W conducts ongoing self-checks using tools such as IPA's "5-Minute Information Security Self-Check" and works to make continuous improvements.
4．法令及び契約上の要求事項の遵守Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
「城東W」は、個人情報保護法をはじめとする関連法令・ガイドライン、および会員や取引先との契約上の要求事項を遵守します。
個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」のとおりです。Joto W complies with relevant laws such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, related guidelines, and contractual requirements with members and business partners. The handling of personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
5．違反及び事故への対応Response to Violations and Incidents
情報セキュリティに関する事故やトラブル、または本方針への違反が発生した、もしくは発生するおそれがあることを認識した場合は、速やかに実態を把握し、原因究明、影響範囲の確認、関係者への連絡、再発防止策の実施など、必要な対応を行います。If an information security incident, problem, or violation of this policy occurs or is suspected, Joto W promptly investigates the situation and takes necessary action, including identifying causes, assessing the scope of impact, notifying affected parties, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
6．SECURITY ACTIONについてAbout SECURITY ACTION
「SECURITY ACTION」は、中小企業自らが情報セキュリティ対策に取り組むことを自己宣言する制度で、IPAが普及を進めています。
「城東W」は、IPA「SECURITY ACTION」制度に基づき「二つ星」の自己宣言を行っています。"SECURITY ACTION" is a program promoted by IPA in which small and medium-sized organizations self-declare their commitment to information security measures. Joto W has completed the "two-star" self-declaration under IPA's SECURITY ACTION program.
