城東ウォーリアーズは、一般社団法人 JOTO WARRIORS が運営する非営利の地域コミュニティです。スポーツ・文化活動・AIラボを通じて、参加者同士が支え合い、一緒に成長していく場所をつくっています。JOTO WARRIORS is a nonprofit local community run by an incorporated association. Through sports, culture, and AI, we build a place where members support and grow with each other.

過度に「教えてもらって当然」という姿勢の方、一方的な要求や過剰なクレームをされる方、他者を尊重しない言動をされる方については、参加をお断りする場合があります。初心者かどうかよりも、「一緒に良い場所をつくっていける方」かどうかを大切にしています。We may decline participation if someone is consistently demanding, makes unreasonable requests, or shows disrespect toward others. We value co-creating a positive space over any particular skill level.

地域課題の解決とスポーツの普及を通じて、人々の生活を豊かにする「インクルーシブな総合型地域スポーツクラブ」の実現。To enrich lives through community sport promotion and problem-solving — building an inclusive comprehensive community sports club.

〜スポーツを通じた共生社会の実現と、地域の「第三の居場所」づくり〜— Inclusive Society Through Sport & Creating a Community "Third Place" —

当クラブは、スポーツを基盤に据えつつ、経済的・身体的・社会的な多様な背景を持つ人々が共に参加できる環境を整え、地域社会の絆を深めることを目指します。また、地域の様々な課題にも目を向け、スポーツの力で解決に向けた取り組みを推進していきます。そして、当クラブの活動を通じて、地域が「インクルーシブな第三の居場所」として発展し、すべての人が生き生きと活動できる社会の実現に貢献することを目指します。Our club creates an environment where people from diverse economic, physical, and social backgrounds can participate together through sport, strengthening community bonds. We address local challenges through the power of sport, and aim for our club to become an inclusive "third place" where everyone can thrive.

【クラブのビジョン】Club Vision

  1. 地域住民が年齢・性別・障がいの有無にかかわらず、ともにスポーツや文化活動を楽しめる場を提供する。Provide a space where community members of all ages, genders, and abilities can enjoy sports and cultural activities together.
  2. スポーツの力で健康増進や心身の回復、社会復帰を支援し、地域のウェルビーイング向上に貢献する。Support health improvement, recovery, and social reintegration through sport, contributing to community wellbeing.
  3. 多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人々が出会い、新しいアイデアや協力関係を生み出す「創造的なコミュニティ」を形成する。Form a "creative community" where people with diverse backgrounds meet and generate new ideas and collaborations.
  4. 地域の課題（孤独・孤立、健康格差、若者支援、高齢者の社会参加など）に対してスポーツを通じてアプローチし、行政・NPO・企業と連携しながら解決策を模索する。Address local challenges (isolation, health disparities, youth support, elderly participation, etc.) through sport, working with government, NPOs, and businesses to find solutions.

参加費は、施設利用費や人数、コーチの有無などによって異なります。詳しくは以下の参加費一覧表をご確認ください。Fees vary based on facility costs, group size, and whether a coach is present. See the fee table below for details.

📌 参加費に関する補足事項Additional Fee Notes

・照明代は月毎に時間帯と各公園によって異なります。
・月初めの運営をする際は開催公園にご確認ください。
・パドルテニスは「準備(100円)」と「片づけ(100円)」の感謝キャッシュバック制度があります。・Lighting fees vary by time of day and park, and change monthly.
・Please check with the hosting park at the start of each month.
・Paddle tennis has a "Setup (¥100)" and "Cleanup (¥100)" cashback reward system.

【年会費について】Annual Membership Fee

年会費：5,000円（税込・年度更新）Annual Fee: ¥5,000 (tax incl., renewed annually)

年度（1月1日〜12月31日）ごとの更新制です。年会費は当クラブの活動費・運営費(用具・用品・備品購入)等に充当されます。Renewed each year (Jan 1–Dec 31). Annual fees cover operating costs, equipment purchases, and club activities.

※高校生以下のお子様が親御さんと一緒に入会される場合、お子様の年会費は不要です（会員規約(3)参照）。※ If children up to high school age join together with a parent member, no annual fee is required for the child (see Club Rule (3)).

【入会の流れ】How to Join

  1. クラブの体験参加（原則2〜3回）をお申し込みいただきます。Sign up for a trial session (typically 2–3 times).
  2. 入会をご希望の場合は、入会申し込みフォームより本登録をお願いします。If you wish to join, complete the official membership application form.
  3. 事務局より年会費のお支払い方法についてご連絡いたします。The office will contact you with payment instructions for the annual fee.
  4. 年会費のお支払い確認後、正式会員として活動に参加いただけます。Once your payment is confirmed, you are officially enrolled and can participate in club activities.

【会員規約】Club Rules

  • (1) 当クラブではただ上手な方は求めておりませんSkill is not our priority
    社交性・協調性があり、困っている人がいたら迷わずに「手を差し出したり」、「声をかけてくれたり」してくださる心の優しい方を求めております。We are looking for kind-hearted, sociable, and cooperative people who instinctively lend a hand or offer a kind word to anyone in need.
  • (2) 都や区などのカード提出をクラブ会員に求めませんNo city/ward card submission required
    当クラブはクラブ会員に対して、テニスコート・体育館・グラウンドを取得するために、都や区などのカードを「求めたり」、「集めたり」することは一切ございません。その代わりに他クラブから譲受される関係でギリギリにならないと全ての取得コート・体育館・グラウンドが確定しませんのでご了承ください。The club never asks for or collects city/ward cards from members to secure venues. However, because we rely on transfers from other clubs, venue confirmations are often last-minute — please understand this in advance.
  • (3) 高校生までの会員についてMembers up to high school age
    高校生までのお子様が単独で会員になる事はできませんが、会員に親御さんが在籍している限り、クラブ会員の一員で年会費は不要です。参加費については大人と同等レベルになれば参加可能でしたら無料、ジュニアが使用するレッドやグリーンボールで行う場合は別途必要になります。
    サークルスクエアへの会員登録は親御さんとお子様、個々にお願いします。
    親御さんと共に2・3回はご参加頂くことが条件ですが、慣れてきて他の参加者とも顔見知りになり、大人用のイエローボールでやられているお子様でしたら単独での参加も可能です。
    ジュニア育成イベントに関しては 1面3,000円(照明代なし)、3,500円(照明1時間)、4,000円(照明2時間)とし、ご参加のご家族とで協議の上、参加費を定めて頂けたらと思います。    Children up to high school age cannot join independently, but as long as a parent is a member, the child is a club member with no annual fee. Participation fees: free if playing at adult level (yellow ball); a separate fee applies for junior balls (red/green). Please register each family member individually in Circle Square. Attending 2–3 sessions with a parent is required initially, but once the child is familiar with others and plays with yellow balls, solo participation is permitted. For junior development events: ¥3,000/court (no lighting), ¥3,500 (1hr lighting), ¥4,000 (2hr lighting) — please decide the fee in discussion with participating families.
  • (4) 怪我・故障についてInjuries & accidents
    大人・子供関係なく怪我などは自己責任という事をご理解ください。スポーツ保険や国民共済・都民共済などの保険に加入することをお勧めいたしますが、個々の会員の自己負担になります。Please understand that injuries are the personal responsibility of each participant, regardless of age. We recommend sports insurance or mutual aid coverage (Kokumin/Tomin Kyosai, etc.), but this is at each member's own expense.
  • (5) 強制、強要しないNo coercion
    イベントや交流試合や遠征、合宿、スポーツ後のお食事会など全てにおいて強制・強要はありません。ご自身がやりたい・行きたいなど感じたイベントにだけご参加ください。There is no pressure or obligation for any events, friendly matches, trips, training camps, or post-activity meals. Please join only the events you genuinely want to attend.
  • (6) 写真・動画の掲載についてPhotos & video usage
    当クラブでは取得した写真および動画を掲載する可能性がありますのでご了承ください。なお公表したくない場合は「目安箱」より申し出をお願いします。Please note that photos and videos taken at club activities may be posted publicly. If you prefer not to appear, please notify us via the Suggestion Box.
  • (7) 宗教、マルチ商法、ネットワークビジネス(MLM)、選挙など勧誘禁止No religion/MLM/political solicitation
    一般的なクラブ活動やサークル活動と同様で特例は一切なく禁止でございます。As with any club or community group, these activities are strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
  • (8) イベント参加は基本的にエントリー順になりますEvent entry is first-come, first-served
    サークル会員のイベントエントリーは基本的にサークルスクエア上で行います。統一して頂けますようご協力の程よろしくお願いします。
    ※パドルテニスなど、一部はサークルスクエア以外にて受付けを行っております。詳細は事務局にお問い合わせください。    Event registration is generally done through Circle Square. We ask for your cooperation in using this unified system.
    ※ Some activities (e.g. paddle tennis) accept registrations outside Circle Square — please contact the office for details.
  • (9) 土壇場でイベント参加が可能な場合もありますLast-minute spots may be available
    定員オーバーの際でもその時間の運営者にサークルスクエアのコメント欄に連絡すると入れてもらえることもあります。急ぎであれば「全体LINEグループ」にメンションして頂けたらと思います。Even if an event is full, you may be able to join by messaging the organizer via the Circle Square comment section. For urgent requests, please mention it in the "General LINE Group".
  • (10) フライング・多重エントリー行為の禁止No early or duplicate entries
    参加者が「フライング行為※」や同一時刻のイベントに多重エントリーなど他の方々への配慮が欠ける自分勝手な行為は禁止です。
    ※フライング行為とは、運営主催者が全体LINEグループに参加者募集開始の告知する以前にサークルスクエアで参加者がエントリーしてしまう行為の事を言います。    Jumping the queue (entering before registration is announced) or signing up for multiple overlapping events is prohibited as it is inconsiderate to other members.
    ※ "Jumping the queue" means registering on Circle Square before the organizer has announced the opening of registration in the General LINE Group.
  • (11) 参加エントリー後のキャンセルについてCancellation policy
    キャンセル待ちの方への繰り上がりのお知らせや代わりに参加したい方のために「全体LINEグループ」に一言ご連絡いただきますようご協力お願いいたします。To help waitlisted members or others who wish to join, please post a quick message in the "General LINE Group" when you cancel. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  • (12) 会員・ビジターに関わらず積極的に挨拶・交流するように心がけましょうGreet and connect with everyone
    ご一緒に時間を共有する仲間ですので、挨拶や交流することを心掛けましょう。固着、孤立しないで、個々に協調性を持ち、配慮し合える関係性を構築していけたらと思います。As fellow members sharing time together, let's make an effort to greet and connect with one another. Aim to build cooperative, considerate relationships — avoiding cliques or isolation.
  • (13) 運営操作の禁止行為についてProhibited management manipulation
    常に固定メンバーでやる行為、コート・体育館・グラウンドだけ当クラブで調達し実態は別サークルと判断できる行為、クラブの一部の会員以外は受け入れないような行為の禁止とさせて頂きます。Prohibited: always operating with fixed members only; using the club solely to secure venues while effectively running a separate circle; and refusing to accept members beyond a select group.
  • (14) マンネリ化防止についてPreventing monotony
    常に何人かはプレーした事がない方とプレーできるような工夫をお願いします。参加者募集サイト（「こくちーず」や「ジモティ」や「テニスオフ」や「テニスベア」など）よりビジターを毎回2名は募集したりなど工夫をしても構いません。Please make an effort to play with someone new each time. You may also recruit 2 visitors per session via platforms such as "Kokuchizu", "Jmoty", "Tennis Off", or "TennisBear".

【スポーツ以外でも繋がれるクラブ Inサークル活動】In-Club Activities Beyond Sports

本活動はスポーツでの交流を経ていく中で、自然発生的に生じた活動です。個々人の経験やメンバー共通の趣味やニーズなどが合わさった活動が多いのが特徴です。
以下は、所属メンバーのご意見からスタートしたクラブ内サークルになります。今後も自分でクラブ内サークルを作りたい方は大歓迎です。These activities emerged organically through our sports interactions, combining members' individual experiences, shared hobbies, and common needs. The circles below were started based on members' suggestions — and anyone who wants to start a new circle is very welcome!

●【Joto-W】醸造酒を語る会●【Joto-W】Fermented Beverages Society

醸造酒をこよなく愛する方や学びたい方々のお部屋です。A room for those who love or want to learn about fermented beverages (sake, wine, etc.).

●【Joto-W】ジュニア育成チーム●【Joto-W】Junior Development Team

次世代のテニスプレーヤーを育成するために発足したグループです。A group launched to nurture the next generation of tennis players.

AIやパソコンやスマートフォンの初心者🔰・初級者でもジュニアからシニアまで大歓迎です。様々なAIツールを活用して学び合いするお部屋です。WebページやLP作成・動画作成・Canva活用・GPTs作成など。Whether you're a beginner 🔰 or intermediate user of AI, computers, or smartphones—from teens to seniors—you're more than welcome here. This is a space where we learn together using a variety of AI tools, including creating web pages and landing pages, making videos, using Canva, and creating GPTs.

ラーメン好きのラーメン好きによるラーメンを愛する方々のための部屋です。A room for ramen lovers, by ramen lovers, dedicated to all who love ramen.

スポールブール日本代表選手が直接指導してくれ、イベント情報など情報交換を行うお部屋です。A room with direct coaching from a Japanese national team spoulboule player, plus event information exchange.

●【Joto-W】不動産・税務・相続相談部屋●【Joto-W】Real Estate, Tax & Inheritance Room

不動産や税務や相続のプロたちがいる、相談部屋で包括的に困りごとを解決に導くためのお部屋です。A consultation room with professionals in real estate, tax, and inheritance to help resolve a wide range of concerns.
