これは福沢諭吉が慶應義塾で実践した教育哲学です。
城東ウォーリアーズのAIラボも同じ精神で運営されています。

先生が教える場所ではありません。参加者が自分で試し、発見を共有し、仲間から学ぶ——水平な学び合いの文化を大切にしています。There's no teacher here. Members try things themselves, share discoveries, and learn from each other — a culture of horizontal, peer-driven learning.
正解を待つのではなく、自分で試してみる。うまくいったことも失敗も、仲間と共有することがラボの文化です。Don't wait for answers — try it yourself. Sharing both wins and failures is the lab way.

年間5,000円は、コンテンツの対価ではなく、このコミュニティという「環境」を維持するための参加費です。非営利活動として運営しています。The ¥5,000/year fee isn't for content — it's your contribution to sustaining this community environment. We operate as a nonprofit.
毎週金曜20時〜Google Meetでオンライン開催。AI完全初心者も歓迎。日本語でコミュニケーションできる方であれば、国内外問わず参加できます。Every Friday 8 PM via Google Meet. Total AI beginners welcome. Anyone who can communicate in Japanese can join from anywhere.

やりたいテーマを自分で決めるStep 2: Decide What You Want to Try
「プレゼンを作りたい」「LINEスタンプを作りたい」など、自分のやりたいことを自発的に決めます。何をやるかはメンバー次第——自由に動けるのがAIラボの特徴です。"I want to make presentations" or "I want to create LINE stickers" — you decide what to try. What you do is up to you — that's the AI Lab spirit!
月2〜4回のミーティングで実践・共有Step 3: Practice & Share in 2–4 Monthly Meetings
メンバーと一緒に、実際に手を動かして作りながら情報共有します。わからないことはお互いに助け合う——それが城東ウォーリアーズ流のコミュニティです。Create hands-on with fellow members and share what you learn. Help each other out — that's the JOTO WARRIORS community spirit!
